Tentative Schedule
9:00 AM 5K
9:45 AM Fun Run/Walk
COURSE: Race will begin across from Trinity on Old Bells Road. Runners will enjoy a 3.1 mile course through a tree lined, flat paved road. Mile Markers will be placed on the course with water available at the midway point. The course is already marked so go check it out! Family fun walk will begin at 9:45 on the track. Bring the entire family! Inflatable jumpers, snacks available, and participation ribbons for the children. Prizes to be given away!
TIMING: Timing for the 5K will be provided by the Jackson Roadrunners Club.
AGE GROUPS: 10 & under 11-13 14-18 19-24 25-33 35-44 45-54 55-64 65-69 70 & over
REGISTRATION: Register by September 30th to guarantee your T-shirt. Online registration is available. Although there is a small fee to register online, it is easy and convenient. They accept all major forms of payments and they will provide a list of all your friends (and competitors) as well as race results. If you would like to order the first ever Heritage Run T-shirt (only $15.00) or to register using printed forms, please print form and give to Tresa Whitehead in the main office.
ENTRY FEE: $15.00 All race participants will receive a T-shirt. Awards will go to top finishers in each age group. Everyone who registers or purchases a T-shirt will be entered for the prize giveaways.
REFRESHMENTS: Water will be on the course and at the finish line. Fruit will be available at the finish line.
