TCA Is seeking the following Upper School faculty positions for the 2024-2025 school year:

1. Upper School Spanish Teacher (Full-time)

2. Middle School Language Arts Teacher (Full-time)

3. Upper School Science (Full-time)

4. Middle School Writing (Full or part-time depending on qualifications)

Minimum Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree

-Teaching experience

-An active Christian testimony and local church involvement

(Master’s degree and TN State Teaching License preferred)

Full-time positions are salaried, exempt positions with full-time level benefit options and opportunities including employee insurance, tuition discount, and retirement plans.

TCA is looking for a part time teacher to serve in our Early Education program Monday-Friday from 3:00-5:30 pm.

Part-time teachers will be caring for children and sharing with them the love of Christ. All applicants must be at least 18 years old.

TCA is seeking an Early Ed Lead Teacher. The Lead Teacher is responsible for the spiritual, cognitive, social, emotional and physical growth and development of all children in their care. The Lead Teacher is accountable to the Early Ed Director and the Headmaster of the school. The Lead Teacher may delegate specific duties to Assistant Teachers and Substitutes as appropriate; however, the responsibilities for the duties remain with the Lead Teacher.
