Kate Nethery - Jackson Madison County Sports Hall of Fame Female Athlete of the Year

Kate Nethery was chosen as the Female Athlete of the Year for Trinity. Kate is a multi-sport athlete, participating in both soccer and track. Throughout her soccer career, Kate has been named Soccer’s Defensive Player of the Year twice. As a track athlete, she has earned medals in both regional and state competitions and has been named All-Region multiple times. Kate is the current school record holder for the 400-meter race. She is also a key member of the 4x100, 4x200, and 4x400 relay teams, holding a TCA school record time in the 4x400. Kate has qualified for the State Meet each season she’s participated in track, starting in 8th grade.

Kate will be attending Samford University this fall, where she will pursue a degree in nutrition and dietetics.
