Leadership University

We are so proud of our TCA students who celebrated their Leadership University Graduation at Union University on Tuesday, April 8th. Leadership University is a youth leadership development program for Jackson-Madison County, consisting of a diverse group of high school juniors who demonstrate leadership potential.

Started in 1999 as a team class project of Leadership Jackson, Leadership University prepares participants to become responsible, ethical leaders who make a positive difference in others' lives as well as in their community, by creating awareness in all aspects of the community. Through interactive programming, Leadership University teaches about all facets of our community and prepares participants to be leaders in their schools and community, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed. It has since developed into the premier youth leadership program in Jackson.
