Re-enrollment is Open!
Re-enrollment contracts for CURRENT students for the 2024-2025 school year are officially open!
All students who are currently enrolled and wish to re-enroll for next school year, must complete this process.
Re-enrollment will remain open through Wednesday, February 14th with a fee of $100 per student and guarantee your child's spot for next school year. After that date, the enrollment fee will increase to $300 per student and availability cannot be guaranteed. For the 2024-2025 school year, we have several grades that will have VERY limited to no capacity for additional new students. Therefore, timely re-enrollment is pertinent to ensure we have a spot for your child.
We are thankful your family is a part of the TCA community and hope to continue to partner with you in equipping your children throughout their schooling years!
Below are steps explaining the re-enrollment process.
To complete our online re-enrollment process, follow the instructions below:
1. Go to our Parent Resource Page and click the FACTS LOGIN button.
2. Login with your username and password, District code is TR-TN
3. In the left hand menu, select Apply/Enroll>>Enrollment/Re-Enrollment
4. Select “Click here to open online enrollment.”
5. Click “Start Enrollment Packet” for the child(ren) you are planning to re-enroll
6. Make sure all sections have a green check mark, submit payment, and then submit completed packet for review.
Important information to note:
You cannot change your payment plan on this form, but must email admissions to do so. Because we are in a current year's tuition plan, you will not be able to change plans on this form. Meaning if you have had a one-time payment plan for this school year and want to opt for a monthly plan for the 2024-2025 school year (or visa versa), please email admissions@mytcalions.com so we have that in writing. We will happily make that change for you! If you want to do the same payment plan next year as the current one you use, you do not have to do anything else!
New Family Referral Incentive. Thank you for inviting mission-fit families to consider TCA! Each current TCA family who refers a new family to TCA for the 2024-2025 school year will receive a one-time $500 tuition credit once the new family’s student is enrolled and has completed 14 consecutive days of school. The one-time tuition credit is per enrolled family, not per enrolled student and the new family must list you as how they heard about TCA on their enrollment contract. The same admissions process and criteria apply to all TCA applicants.
If you have a NEW student in your immediate family that you are hoping to enroll next year, please complete a new student application ASAP if you have not already. We will be at capacity in some grades and classes next school year and want to be sure we save room for new students of current families to go through our admissions process.
Please note that you are given a grace period between now and May 15, 2024 should you chose to back out of your contract. After that date, Pre-K-12th Grade contracts are locked in for the school year and are required to adhere to our withdrawal policy should you choose to withdraw. Early Ed (Little Lions infants - 3) contracts require a 30 Day notice to withdraw.
