UTM Honors Band

Over the weekend, several members of the Trinity Christian Academy Band attended the University of Tennessee at Martin Honor Band. This Honor Band is a three-day clinic where students from various states audition for chair placement, participate in extensive rehearsals, and perform a concert.

In the middle school band:

Selah Wilkerson earned 1st chair clarinet.

Eliza Fugate earned 2nd chair bass clarinet.

Emma Rager earned 3rd chair flute.

Ellie Vance earned 12th chair flute.

Levi Brewer earned 13th chair clarinet.

In the 9th-10th grade band:

Kenley Chilcutt earned 1st chair alto saxophone.

Erin Morey earned 4th chair horn.

Sam Salenga earned 5th chair percussion.

Brady Rich earned 8th chair trumpet.

In the 11th-12th grade band:

Ethan Coffman earned 13th chair trombone.
